LOL, that's PRESIDENT Biff to you!
Republicans have a history of selecting unqualified candidates for president, since for them the president is merely a speechgiver. The real power is wielded behind the scenes by a cabal of industrialists, right-wing think tanks and religious leaders. We have had a string of buffoon candidates ever since 1979.
However, I think Donald Trump is different. He doesn't fall into the mold of the other dim-witted platitude-spouting wooden boys. He is not under the strings of a puppet master, saying prescripted lines.
The Donald is an anomaly. A buffoon who writes his own lines, who moves his own strings.
"George W Bush did not keep us safe" -- oh no! That's not the history the Republicans have been trying to write for 14 years.
"The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan aren't for freedom" - oh no! That's not the party line.
I think it's very interesting that Reince Priebus has inherited a Frankenstein monster he cannot control, and it's wrecking his laboratory.
