Lane Blindness Empty
PostSubject: Lane Blindness   Lane Blindness EmptyTue Jun 02, 2015 12:54 pm

Doing some freeway driving this morning, still amazes me how often some yahoo comes roaring up behind you in a brand new SUV with brights on, rides your bumper for a while (even though I'm doing ten over), then makes an emergency lane change to get behind the guy next to you -- even though he's doing exactly the same speed. What, does he think his shiny new truck is intimidating???

I should say, in my own defense, that I usually find an opening and slide over if I see a yahoo coming.

There is no better feeling than -- as I experienced TWICE on Tuesday -- in getting a mile or so down the road to see my tailgator on the side of the road, under the careful ministrations of the state's finest.
