Happy Easter

On the news last night they said something about "our holiday weekend" and I had to check the calendar to figure out what they were talking about.

Chocolate bunnies do not a holiday make, in my household.

When I was a kid, Easter was running about second favorite in the holiday sweepstakes. Our family gave the kids chocolate eggs, and since I had numerous aunts and uncles living nearby, I used to get about a dozen. Holy week? Who cares. The week after? Chocolate!
