| Glad to see this concept being resurrected, hopefully the images will be moving not just stills. I bought an identical product 4 years ago -- name forgotten -- but it didn't work very well and the images available for it were pathetic. |

| I thought the ViewMaster was boring 60 years ago. Don't see how they can make it exciting now, considering their competition.

| Yeah, the last incarnation -- my3D -- was pretty lame, despite the promise. Pretty accurate review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WIg-XEAy9ckThis new one sounds like it could actually be pretty cool though. - Quote :
- When it launches, kids will be able to explore various 3D scenes, including the streets of Paris and Alcatraz Island in the San Francisco Bay and the solar system. While some scenes like the Golden Gate Bridge include actual images from the area, others like the dinosaur and solar system scene are enhanced with CGI technology to show, for example, what it's like to fly through the galaxy. There's also the option of buying additional reels (four for $15) for other immersive experiences.
