I know of one musician with a numerical middle name, Albert 23 Harth. His middle name is a transliteral representation of his real middle name, in French.
If I had a son I would name him Steven -- with a silent t.

If you really want to mess him up forever, name him Girl with a silent R (pronounced Gil, of course).
Or maybe just skip the cleverness and name him Sue; it worked for Johnny Cash.

The joke among my (very adolescent) co-workers is that one of them is named Gary -- with a silent r.

It's spelled "Gary", but it's pronounced "Throat Warbler Mangrove".

I spy with my little red eye a Monty Python reference.
